’s that time of year again when many of us want to set some goals and new healthy habits.


My priority this year is to lose some weight and be more active. I’ve not been going out to work for the last couple of months and the pounds have crept up, and my step count has gone down. Some days I’ve ended up with fewer than 1000 steps! Not good.
